Frequently asked questions

We offer door-to-door shipping on orders within South Africa
Please allow up to 7 workings days for your product to arrive.
Please note that we charge a flat rate for shipping using Courier Guy
For urgent requests, please kindly contact customerservice@mummieswish.co.za

If the goods are found to be defective or faulty after use, please email us at customerservice@mummieswish.co.za with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Images of the defective goods
  • A detailed description of the problems experienced.

To be eligible for a replacement

  • The goods should have been used for their intended purpose
  • The goods were not misused or purposely damaged

If the goods are found to be eligible for replacement, we will collect the defective goods and make the replacement. Any courier costs will be for our account.

Mummies Wish is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any courier costs will be for your account.
No refunds will be given. Only product replacement or Gift Vouchers will be issued on returned items. Once we receive your information, we will assess and will notify you of the outcome within 7 days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or gift voucher immediately.

If you have received damaged or incorrect goods from us, please email us at customerservice@mummieswish.co.za with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Image of the damaged or incorrect product

Once we receive the above, we will conduct an assessment and notify you whether you are eligible for a return. If the goods are found to be eligible for replacement, we will collect the damaged/incorrect goods and make the replacement. Any courier costs will be for our account.
